Same not fulfilled for me, I mailed them and in two days they sent me a code 😅
Inconsistency in service level. I have experienced this too from IndusInd. On one occasions the call center was more effective and efficient than my RM. I stopped taking her call post that. She's been frantically calling me for the last few days after I emptied my account and moved all funds to ICICI post the scam.

Small win, but still win is a win 🙂

What good is a statement going to do when there are no transactions?

Those statements shared with another bank for a card will only make your case worse. ( If applying via C2C method)

It is not mandatory to generate a statement if there are no transactions in a billing cycle. Statement generation is an automated process. I don't think they are going to make an exception and generate one for you manually when there are no transactions. If you want a statement, transact on your card.

I thinks its a very normal situation with you
You can dealt it with EASY by doing a little transection .
Next month you would get the statment
If by chance you compliant to RBIO they will take approx 1 or 2 months and success rate as per Bank internal rules.

Hello Everyone,
I am going to file a complaint against indusind bank as they havent resolved my query for over 6 months.

I wanted to know that in the RBI CMS portal, I have to input the bank details such as branch etc..

Now , I have been complaining via email directly to the bank and not my branch, so in this field do i still enter my branch details or is there a head branch that deals with these complaints that I have to input?
Update on this:
for the longest time they did not credit the points, points I knew I was supposed to get.

I kept complaining and this went on for over 6 months. 6 whole months.

Now with one complaint to RBI, they credited the points and more instantly.

Was supposed to get 3.4k points, they credited 6.8k.

Now waiting for them to call me regarding the compensation for the absolute cr*p service and no response.

Power of rbi 💪🏻

On a side note, This begs the question though, for every issue , do we all need to reach out to RBI?

Hello @SJM sir,

Needed you advise regarding a failed transaction of 20k to load Amazon wallet using DC.

As the transaction failed, I waited for a week for refund but nothing happed. I contacted my bank and after much deliberation they confirmed that the transaction has been settled from their end & I should contact the merchant from for refund, as it's showing failed at their end.

For this I contacted Amazon chat support. The support guy immediately raised a refund request & informed me that within 24 - 48hrs I'll receive the refund to source account.

After this I asked for compensation of 100 per day as per RBI guidelines for delay in refund for failed transactions.

Upon hearing this, the guy immediately transferred the chat saying that have a special team for this. The next guy who joined after reading the chat again transferred saying the same & then again happened the same.

Finally after multiple attempts a guy came who asked the full story again. Then after taking his own sweet time he informed me....wait for this.....that there was no money debited from your account.

I was like WTF!!! After wasting 45min I'm being told that no money has been debited.

To this I immediately download bank statement & shared with him over a link shared by him. (Mind you, I the link shared you can't upload a pdf, so I had to convert it to jpg to upload....thank God I was on a laptop)

Finally he accepted the problem & raised a complaint & a reference no. sayings the problem will be resolved in 3 working days.

After 6 days, when I didn't receive any response, I mailed Amazon Pay Grievance offer for status update. Next day, I received a response saying they deal with Amazon Pay issues only, & asked me to connect with Amazon Support team via chat option.

The timeline:
Failed Txn. - 3rd June
Issue raised with Amazon - 8th July
Mail Grievance Officer - 14th July
Response from Grievance officer - 15th

Now can I raise the issue directly with RBIO or shall I write to APay PNO first??

Also, if writing to RBIO, I'm eligible for 100/per compensation only, or any additional amount I lieu of mental harassment also??

Please guide...

Try asking bank to raise a chargeback?

Yes you can ask for 100 per day of delay and additional compensation for harassment and mental anguish.

I am on a spree...

Registered 5 complaints with RBI Ombudsman demanding compensation in each. Let's see how it goes 🙂

View attachment 53064

  1. HSBC - Did not convert Amazon EMI purchase to EMI in a timely manner and sent full amount statement. After paying full amount they converted to EMI and charged interest. Also created lot of hassles in refunding credit balance after converting to EMI.
  2. IndusInd - Doorstep Banking delayed cash pickup. Took 3 follow ups and one complaint to finally get the cash picked up after a five days delay.
  3. Federal Bank - Issued Visa Signet when I applied for Celesta MC. Registered a complaint of mis-selling.
  4. ICICI - Sapphiro Amex Addon card not working.
  5. ICICI - 2 CIBIL enquiries for one Sapphiro application under alumni program

Update:
15-May-2024:
It seems the 30 days rule is there and bank can ask for it. 1 and 2 closed based on request from bank asking for more time to resolve the issue. It is mentioned that I can lodge a fresh complaint after 30 days has passed in case I don't receive a response/satisfactory resolution.
29-May-2024: Registered fresh complaint for 1 and 2 which was closed earlier.
13-Jun-2024: #3 closed as Federal bank issued Celesta Mastercard. No compensation. Details here.
16-Jun-2024: #5 closed. ICICI removed duplicate CIBIL hit. No compensation. Details here.
19-Jun-2024: #2. Received call from IndusInd Bank complaints department. They informed as per bank policy they have credited Rs. 2000 to my account yesterday and is also sending me an apology letter. Guess next step is closure mail from RBI.
21-Jun-2024: #1. Received mail from RBIO to attend conciliation meeting with HSBC on 26th June at RBI Kolkata. Details here.
24-Jun-2024: #4. Disappointed with RBIO. Closed complaint based on one sided input from ICICI stating no transactions were declined and they showed latest statement where there is transaction in primary card and RBIO got convinced and closed case. No option to appeal either. Written to RBIO, no response. Called them and I was told to go to court. This is VERY DISAPPOINTING.
02-Jul-2024:
#1 Meeting at RBIO's office. Details here.
05-Jul-2024: #1 Received mail from HSBC PNO to share account details for credit of Rs. 5000 as per BO order.

Summary: (Updated with new complaints)
  1. Got compensation of Rs. 5000
  2. Got compensation of Rs. 2000
  3. Federal bank issued Celesta MC. No compensation.
  4. Unresolved - Case closed based on fake evidence provided by ICICI bank. No option to appeal/reopen/register new complaint. Only option is to go to consumer court. No compensation. (Update: Issue resolved.)
  5. Both enquiries removed. No compensation.
  6. RBIO: Received compensation of Rs. 20,000 from Axis Bank
  7. RBIO: Got compensation of Rs. 21000 from HSBC
  8. RBIO: Got compensation of 10,000 from Axis Bank
  9. Complaint against Axis Bank for delayed payment of complaint #6 above - closed without resolution stating "already dealt with"
  10. RBIO: Got Compensation of ₹10,000 from Canara Bank
  11. Yes Bank - Kiwi card - Declined VKYC due to name mismatch (app error) + double CIBIL enquiry - Closed without resolution stating bank has allowed to re-apply and willing to suppress one CIBIL enquiry.
  12. Kotak Mahindra Bank: Unethical transaction monitoring in my SB account. Branch called and asked why I transferred a large sum from my Kotak account to my account in another bank - Closed without resolution stating complained within 30 days but failed to notice unsatisfactory response from received RE.
  13. HSBC - Closed my CC without any intimation. Didn't provide reason for closure even after complaining - Closed
  14. ORBIO created fresh complaint against Kotak based on my email complaint against closure of #12 - Open
  15. Complaint against ICICI for not paying compensation as per CIBIL compensation framework for delayed suppression of duplicate CIBIL Enquiry in #5 - Closed stating duplicate
  16. Complaint against Axis bank for not transferring credit balance to my bank account within 3 days as per RBI directive - Open
Even after 2year of harsh harassment from central bank of india, they didn't compensate me a singlle penny, instead took my 500 rupee.

Case was not unfreezing my account.

What you wrote or can help me here by DM i would be glad to you
