RBI ordered compensation but.....

So story begins wherein I suddenly got notification email from CIBIL about lenders enquiry in Nov 2024.

I logged into my Cibil and there was enquiry from Kotak Prime for Vehicle Loan.

Now i contacted Kotak and demanded to remove enquiry as I never applied for Vehicle loan.

Kotak Prime never replied to my complaint and I approached RBI ombudsman after 74 days.

RBI ordered to remove enquiry and compensation of 4400 Rs (100 rs per day of delay after 30 days).

Kotak prime removed enquiry but for compensation keep delaying and says it is under process.

Now after 30 days I contacted RBI mentioning compensation not received and Kotak Prime not following RBI orders.

In response, RBI themselves created a complaint on RBI portal regarding delay from Kotak Prime 😀

Now I dont know what to do...I have received numerous compensations but never encountered this situation.

Demand some more compensation & penalty to Kotak for non adherence of RBI BO's order in reasonable and stated time. And wait & watch! 👀

I wouldve done that but RBI themselves created a complaint on my behalf...now I am just watching the show waiting for 30 days to go by and then again I will knock on RBIs door xD

How did you report this incident? Via web/call/mail?
