Hi, need to pay property tax of 50k and would like to know best cards for cashback/points.

1. Infinia
2. iDFC Wealth
3. Tata Neu Infinity

I read that Infina card does not give pointa on Govt transactions, IDFC wealth gives only 3x instead of 10x on property management etc. So confused and need your suggestions.

Yeah sure. I am waiting for the 40% property tax rebate so won't pay the tax until it gets reduced

Submitted pt3 from in 2023 but still didn't got the rebate, this month have again submitted the pt3 form let's see if that gets reduced.

My friend got the reduction this year - tax dropped from 26k to like 9k due to earlier rebates!

PCMC gives 10% rebate if property tax is paid before 30th June. When our society asked for additional discounts, they said if 90% flats pay the property bill then additional discount (which never happens)

Jugad toh nahi pata but he sent his man Friday to drop off the form for the rebate last year before the deadline.

Last year PCMC property tax link had Apay voucher option... this year it is gone... only phonepe, mobikwik and Airtel wallet options available now. Doesn't work from Amazon app either..

Credit card option is there ? (I assume yes but mcc must be govt transaction right?)

No finally it worked on Amazon app only... in consumer ID, I had to put the property ID with a number followed by one dot and two zeros (as mentioned on the bill). Then it fetched and I was able to pay via Apay balance

i could only see PMC and not PCMC in amazon app under Municipal taxes... did you mean you paid now in current year?

ahha my bad - found it - got a technical error - let me try and input it the way you are saying with dots..
