Problem while applying for indusind cc

Hi. Was applying for indusind credit card via agent. But agent is saying that online process is giving error while applying. PFA error message that was shown to the agent.

Have no account with indusind bank
Earlier had a indusind credit card but had it closed in Jan.
No dues were remaining when cc was closed.

Can some1 tell me how can I proceed with this ?

Have to apply for legend LTF but agent telling offline not possible and online showing error.

Ye error kab ata hai? I mean kis page pe while applying for cc?

Kuch idea nahi bhai , Mr Rajesh ne just error bataya and then I opened account and it worked

For me while applying for indusind legend card, I get the message
"Your Credit Card Application ID XXXX does not match the Bank's eligibility criteria and is rejected for processing. - IndsuInd Bank".

I have a good credit score of 785, a salary of >1 lakh per month and still see this message.
Any thoughts on why this could happen?

Mera online hogaya the open , ETB wali link se but badme details update k liye bhot rr hua … so moral of story open offline

https://myaccount.indusind.com/SavingsAccount/index.aspx?type=SavingsAccount&utype=ETB , try it ... it would be better to open offline as all the fresh details will be captured because that would be better to avoid future hassle and all
