Rm is assigned only once a month between 2 & 3rd week of month .
So ticket is open

So, eventually your branch will assign RM?
So, he/she will be from your branch or any other branch, virtual RM?

I requested rm from service area pincode branch not my branch..since there is no concept of home branch it will be done

There's concept of home branch in IDFC, which can be seen under account section of app, cheque book and others. The branch through which account is opened or assigned (in case of virtual account opening) act as home branch, this can be changed by filling branch change form.


However, almost all tasks can be carried out any branch.

By the way, why do you need RM, when you're keeping your account unused/inactive? 🤭

Txn nahi tha toh txn verify karne pe CC hi unfreeze kar dega...

IDFC bolta hai ye customer ke hit mein hai unusual txn hone pe freeze 😂

Wo banda karega nahi, tag karke bola tha ki ye concerns ko forward kar dijye fix karye lekin chuppi sadh rakha hai 😂

Lakho lakhs RPs purged kara tha uska department usko revoke kar diya senior management lekin iss tarah ka issues ko fix nahi karna hai
