With these new accounts everything is confusing… bank employees look confused when we ask, cc is confused when we call, I get confused here reading different things!!!

Anyway, you'll need to find a well-versed employee at the bank. They do have option to apply for add on cards in their Finacle. If still they are not able to help try your luck with email support. PNB's email support is comparatively better

The thing is, these employees realise that we are there for RSDC and not normal banking. Some gives stare, some give excuses and some just try to ignore with time. There are few who just love doing the job (lady at Canara bank say).

I am going to wait for some time about my own account for now but will plan to open family accounts (female/elderly) for long term as the bank is quite near to my home and I plan to do all banking from there in coming future…

Somehow I am liking the Platinum card like benefits in new PNB variants where we will use it for self like all the vouchers rather than sell or give away to friends and family…

Good to know that the employees at your branch are aware of RSDC benefits. The employee at my branch was so surprised when I told him that he could get Amazon prime free every year with RSDC 😂. Maybe he helped me appy for add ons as a gesture of gratitude 😂
