I have a PNB Rupay Select CC for the last couple of years. Have a PNB salary account too. Is it possible to either get the 2nd card or upgrade/change to the Salary Select card?

I also received same response from them when I asked them to convert my rupay select cc to LTF salary rupay select cc. But I had applied the latter at the time of account opening from branch. Card approved in three weeks. Now have two rupay select ccs of Pnb. Salary one has more benefits though. Can anyone confirm if the salary one is unconditional LTF or same as before by doing one transaction per quarter?
