PNB Credit card VKYC issue

Im trying to complete the vkyc for pnb credit card from last 3days.
First im entering my application number and entering otp after that they are asking for aadhaar number and otp.
Then im getting one option to complete my kyc option but whenver im clicking the button its redirecting me to main page again.
I tried mutiple times but same issue.
I have tried chrome, samsung browser, safari and laptop browser too.
I dont know how to solve this if someone can help.
