PhonePe wallet balance using SBI Cashback CC?

My electricity boards supports these wallets (No Amazon Pay Balance!). My question is can I exploit this wallets using SBI cashback cc to get 5% cashback? Like purchasing giftcards? Is it possible?

Okay So Android App worked perfectly, OTP merchant name is PHONEPE PV and settled sms shows merchant name as RAZ*PHONEPE PVT LTD, maybe some issue with iOS App version

I got my statement today, but see only 1.5% neucoins showing in statement!

In last statement the had "Add_TataPayment" that had 3.5% in "Bonus NeuCoins Summary", but its missing in this statement?
Also is it related to calendar month in someway?

Anyone can help understand this?

Hi if you buy close to the statement generation date the bonus sometimes happen in next billing
