TechnoFino himself has clarified that Hinglish is acceptable on the forum. Now, regarding non-Hindi users, if there's something you don't understand but would like to, feel free to ask.

All you have to do is: "Guys, can we communicate in English? I want to participate too" or "I don't understand hindi, can someone translate"

That’s it. This has happened many times on the forum, I can share examples if anyone would like

Personally, I don’t hesitate to help someone if they ask me to translate something. In fact, I actually love it.

But if people don’t speak up and say "they are not able to understand," hinglish users won’t know that someone wants to join in.
