But too much Hindi or Hinglish is a problem.

Even after this post, many people have started in hinglish, so I was forced to talk in my language manglish (malayalam-written-in-english). Sorry about that.

It's an unwritten understanding between our own people from various states. End of the day we all are Indians and we have diversity in our languages. So there is no permanent solution, but yes we can get a mutual understanding.
