Even after this post, many people have started in hinglish, so I was forced to talk in my language manglish (malayalam-written-in-english). Sorry about that.On Point. I understand Normal Hindi and I can manage.
But too much Hindi or Hinglish is a problem.

Don't know about kichidi but its really hard for non Hindi users to follow. The khichdi hindi is a layman language which we speak and communicate in society and everybody understands that.
If we speak original hindi or urdu in society .
People will say where have you come from ?

Exactly, nobody is forcing anyone.I have mentioned it's better to learn. So it's individual choice.
Due to opportunities else where we are in a situation to learn, it's upto us to learn or not.
When the entire thread is in English, one post drives it away to gibberish .Exactly, nobody is forcing anyone.
It's an unwritten understanding between our own people from various states. End of the day we all are Indians and we have diversity in our languages. So there is no permanent solution, but yes we can get a mutual understanding.
Like sometimes I don't understand your EnglishWhen the entire thread is in English, one post drives it away to gibberish .
Nobody's fault. But one should understand on online forums where multiple people participate , it's common sense to communicate in English.
None of us are Shakespeare but atleast make some effort.

Teach the same thing to corporatesYes, totally agree with you.
And there is no shame or harm if our English is not up to the mark.
Language is just for communication, so as long as I can express my question and understand your answers, that's enough
I'm far away from the corporate culture, you know itTeach the same thing to corporates
