Does the payment for BOB credit card using PayZapp often fail? It failed for me today when I paid it using UPI credit card. How long does the refund take? Anyone faced this using UPI via credit card?

Direct pay not allowed

If you paying in payzapp then go to paytm or gpay and select upi cc

I used PayZapp + BHIM as I used to do for other payments. But BOB failed and I am charged for it in hdfc tata Neu card. I hope refund process is smooth.

At the first hand whats the need to use your rupay cc to pay out BOB cc bill when BOB cc bill can be directly paid using payzapp wallet balance? Load the pzpp wallet from any cc and pay BOB c bill, thats so simple.

PayZapp wallet loading by CC will attract fees.

Wallet load gets zero rewards for tata Neu card.

Yes it was automatic. Did not have to do anything. The transaction failed in 3 or 4 days. Remaining time for refund to reflect on HDFC app.

It was delayed this time. I was able to fetch bill only yesterday. There was a delay. Do you see the new value in Bob app?

My BOB bill fetches by PayZapp after 4 days of bill generation

That might be the problem

Once the card is atleast 3 months old they are not blocking for payzapp load. Don't do more than 4k per day per card. Better do in night as at that time you won't get a call from Customer care and less chances of blockage

Yes it took 4-5 days after bill generation to be fetched by bbps system

Still not. My bill gen date was 16

Looks like there is an issue. My bill reflected yesterday but now it gone again. I get error as customer profile error.

I used Paytm to pay as it is through visa direct and safe. With these errors, I prefer visa direct payment. It is instant payment.
