Any solution to this? Like if there is any limit or something?
Or is there any other method to create a safer merchant account?

I have been raising tickets for the past 8-10 months to close my Paytm Merchant account (Paytm for Business) and they are simply closing those tickets doing nothing. If I call Paytm support, half the time it doesn't get connected, whenever it is connected to a support agent, I have been asking the reason why it's not closed by giving refrence of old tickets. They say that they can't search details about other tickets. I many times receive call from them for formality whenever I generate tickets, they say that in next 24-48 hours it gets closed and nothing happens. I strongly believe they are following such practices to stay relevant in market and not lose customer base which is already shrinking and being occupied by Phone Pe, GPay, MobiKwik etc. Now, to escalate it to next level, I asked them an email address like Nodal / Grievance team, still they hesitate to give. Anyone is facing such issues? Please suggest how I can get it closed without much struggle and follow-ups.

Same issue. Everytime they call and say it would be closed in 2 days but never happens.
