PAYTM is Dead....Payment failure from ICICI Bank

Hi, Since yesterday i am unable to make payment from ICICI bank using Paytm whereas from other apps like supermoney and yespay, it is working fine i.e. transfer from ICICI to HDFC self transfer....I tried more than 15 times....Everytime, Paytm is giving me error that payment declined by ICICI Bank.

Also paytm is not allowing upi payment to kotak811 upi id whereas it is working fine on other apps

Anyone else facing this issue...Seems paytm is dead and time to switch back to yespay.
