Pay Credit Card bill using Amazon gv or 5% SBI Cashback credit card

Getting this error while going through wallets>PhonePe>Saved SBI cashback card. How to resolve?

Paid 10k hdfc bill it has been 2+ hrs still not credited BBPS is normally instant for hdfc using other apps

I have tried 20 plus transaction and not even once got kottakota. And getting error unable to proceed due to security reasons through phonepe. Only option left to do it through Amazon now.

For master card it is showing 2.48% charges.

I did the transaction through amazon pay wallet & the amount got debited from my amazon pay account & amazon showed payment as successful but when it got redirected to hitch app it was showing payment received successfully & will be transferred & was showing status as pending. After that I closed the app, after some time when checked in & out section of the app & click on that particular transaction it just loads & doesn't show up the status.
