Got once today in the afternoon after trying for 10 20 minutes

Received call from Hitch Support, upon txn failure asking they stated that the SBI card disabled, I am not sure they are fully aware or not..

Update

Did 1st transaction (credit card bill payment)with non kyc phonepe wallet of 2500 rs....went through.
Then tried with 4.5k, 10k , 18k , 6k, 7k...got an error saying you can't do this transaction because of security issue.
Then did bill payment of 1k....went through.

So still not clear on transaction limit for non kyc and kyc wallet of phonepe for this app.

@Abhishek012 bhai, can you please help us let us know the phonepe wallet limit for kyc and non kyc for this app.

Then tried with 4.5k, 10k , 18k , 6k, 7k...got an error saying you can't do this transaction because of security issue.
Then did bill payment of 1k....went through.

So still not clear on transaction limit for non kyc and kyc wallet of phonepe for this app.

@Abhishek012 bhai, can you please help us let us know the phonepe wallet limit for kyc and non kyc for this app.

There is no limit for non-KYC phonepe acc. Thing is whenever you use a new card at a new merchant, security system wont allow you to go big with amount due to the way they are designed. Sometimes it's merchant that blocks you and other times which happens oftenly is bank denies such txns. Thing is you do a small txn like below 5K on Merchant A then use only after 48 hours on same merchant.

Some people don't face such problems because their txn pattern is regular and when card is used regularly for different txns incl. at ATM, POS etc, these people dont face issues.

Also KYC of bank account and the details available with bank plays a vital role in DC txn.

Come to merchant, if they see unusual pattern and repeated payments, they more often start restriciting new cards.

I give you example Pockets wallet is from ICICI itself but whenever I use my DC on it, even after having all the info. with them and KYC data, they sometimes restrict usage. Their parroted response is security system at work.

Transaction didn't went through on this app only....and second is i was using SBI cashback credit card on phonepe wallet.

Still you can't figure out as banks also restrict specific merchant from thier end while at other places txn goes through.

and I know you were using SBI Cashback card. 🙂
