Operation Sindoor - India - Discussion

I won't hesitate to say Indira Gandhi was way ahead of Modi on war strategies.
How conveniently you ignored the fact that in 1971 our neighbor wasn't a nuclear armed country!

Also that era was cold war era and Soviet had strong reason to support us. In current times all major political powers are engaged in some kind of conflict already.

I am not ignoring anything buddy. Neither asking to take over that country. Though America, then a very close ally of Pakistan did have nuclear weapon too in 1971. We were well aware that US will back them. Infact they sent their troops too. It's all about having balls (guts) and not having it. Nothing else. Determined leadership is what matters the most. Modi lost the plot. That's the current truth. Hope he realize it sooner before it's too late.

By the way, if we are so worried about enemy being neuclear armed, then why didn't we thought that when we were doing surgicals? Didn't we miscalculated and underestimated those terrorist country?

They should mind their business and we should ours. But, because they are intefaring in our business so, we have to respond with our full strength.

By the way there is no logic to bring govt notification to ask institutions to compulsory include pok and cok in India map, if we cannot avenge them or govern them in our territory.

Nuclear weapons are not just a bomb. Not so easy to attach, transport, or throw. It's the dead end. Nobody would go there. It's just a showpiece, nothing else.

In the conflict escalation matrix/ladder it's very low level thing. Much below the threshold. Russia-Ukraine conflict has remained conventional only even after major losses and that too for 3 years now.

Also we have no first use policy while they don't and they gloat about it. I'm as disappointed as you are.

We're dealing with a rogue state who has nothing to lose.

its just the narrative which is being built all over the social media particularly by opposion or left wing that indira gandhi was better. These same people were against the war just 2 days ago. Many people have also fallen for the narrative. Where were they after 26/11.
Many stars like salman publicaly said that 26/11 was not done by pakxtan.
Now coming to current scenerio-

Yesterday, when Pakistan violated the ceasefire, drones hit Srinagar, and maybe even Vaishnodevi.
News channels were showing it. Tweets were out. CM Omar Abdullah tweeted. It was out there.

Then suddenly - a Silence.
News vanished. Tweets deleted. Army said “nothing happened.”
Even MEA’s press briefing felt soft, weird, and fishy.

Now remember and think.

India had hit Pakistan’s nuclear sites. And that’s shattered Pakistan. That broke something inside them. That’s why they went crazy. That’s why they called ceasefire. But not for peace.
America stepped in. Forced everyone to stop.
India was cornered.
Not by fear - but may be what was coming. A full-scale nuclear exchange.

How do you know all this?

How do you know all this?
No one can be sure of this but See this - same region, same magnitude. It isn’t a coincidence.

Low magnitude earthquake is a common phenomenon.

I do not know whether you knows this or not. Atleast 12,000 earthquake happen worldwide every year. Minimum 1000 per month. About 30 per month in Pakistan. Frequency is inversely proportional to magnitude. There is nothing abnormal.

N Yesterday: We won't sit and talk side by side unless u stop terrorism.

N Today: We are ready to talk, if u do ceasefire.

S to Donanld: Bade bhai hum toh ceasefire mein hi hay, wo to militants hay jo sasta wala drone vej rahe hay, humare paas paise nehi hay, drone kharidne ki.
Then Donald dials to N (bro, ceasefire karwa le, nehi toh GPS, aur Google band karwa dunga, sanction lagwa dunga, and bla bla bla)
Donand:
Maine ceasefire karwa di.

S & N immediately: Ceasefire, ceasefire. :mandancing::bottle-with-popping-cork::crossed-fingers:
Humne ceasefire humare terms pe ki hay. (With a fattu smile) 👹

N Tomorrow: Forget terrorism or ceasefire, baat karne kidhar aana hay baas time and place bata dijiye. Hum tayaar baithe hay, pahunch jayenge.

S: We won, unke ghutne teek diye doh din mein, dekho saal-o se baat nehi kaat raha tha, av tayaar baithe hay. 10x economy my foot.

N: Humne unko mitti mein mila diya, saab kuch tabah kar diya. News channel dekho. Paar hamara channels dekhna, unka nehi. Lekin, humme unke saath baat karne jaana padega. Nehi toh hamara bhanda fud jayega.

Donald: Ye kayse log hay yaar. Humse v battar.

Bangladesh Foreign Ministry says they are no longer closely monitoring the evolving situation in India and Pakistan, and have gone back to their usual chores like machhli pakadna, taar ke neeche se border cross karna, Israel ko sabak sikhane ke liye European brands ki shops lootna, cricket World Cup jeetne ke sapne dekhna, aur minorities ko pareshan karna.

Sorry to say, some guys are defending current leadership for the sake of defending. I will never do that.

By the way, just if u guys mistaken, I had not voted any Congress MP or MLA in last decade, still, I won't hesitate to say Indira Gandhi was way ahead of Modi on war strategies.

Maybe the age matters. Even Modi would have thought differently if he would have been 20-30 years younger.

For the sake of comparison in 1971 we were almost equal in power index. But now we are atleast 5x stronger than them.

Don't you feel it's a humiliation? Whom to blame? If someone comes out to take credit why the hell he is hiding now? He is attending rallies but avoiding press conference in such a tricky situation. We are already in a war.

Have you guys ever think of Mexico or Caanada sending such drones and missiles towards US and they agree ceasefire. It's the postering what matters.

I have every right to speak because I feel humiliation by our leadership's decision to agree ceasefire even without acknowledging the declaration of war. That's too with a terrorist state. For me it's equal to defeat.
I'm with you that we should have done more. But I wont compare both of them. Indira was way more authoritative than Modi because of the way she was brought up probably. In terms of war strategies, a PM has very less say and thats how it should be. Its best left to the professionals. Those times were different. People were very much used to war. India had very less to lose. In present scenario no one wants a prolonged war and if this would have continued India would have ultimately felt the impact of it. That being said, i think we should have hit them harder. We took a stance of proportionate response, which doesnt work against a rabid dog that is pakistan. We should have done more damage and even more on that would have impacted them economically, because ultimately all the money that Pakistan earns gets used for terrorism.
I think Indira Gandhi was fine, so much better than Nehru but a comparison isn't relevant. Plus you should look at some of the things the Mother Son duet did to poor indian citizens. They hardly cared about the citizens and wouldn't have cared if more of us died in a war.

wait for the dust to settle down before outraging, the flying dust doesn’t allow us to see clearly

See who has landed in Pakistan

N111SZ
Hex Code A03192
US Department of Energy - Nuclear Emergency Support aircraft (B350 AMS)

it was perhaps Sarghoda base strike that spooked Pak, the Eagle & the Dragon

It sent the world powers in a tizzy even as a section of Indian RW was abusing Modi for ceasefire

It looks like IAF was bang on

India knocked the door of their nuke facility and what followed after is the nearest theory .
It may be one cause. It became usa's business from 'none of our business'. Something must happened which caused sudden ceasefire. If it's really the cause ceasefire is good decision. India should now prepare for next war which gonna be nuclear.
