Opening multiple HDFC bank accounts?

I blocked my platinum dc because it's useless no cashback on cc bill payment. Just keeping millennia dc for 400 per month cashback. I don't know how it happened but after opening saving max account they issued me platinum dc. I was just wandering on hdfc app i saw an option of applying of millennia dc. one more reason for closing platinum dc 1000 somthing charges for that dc.

You misunderstood it.
Yes they both supposed to be active for few days (usually), sometime weeks, but definitely not more than 90 days.

Don't do. If u unblock it, then ur millennia DC will get blocked.

You misunderstood it.
Yes they both supposed to be active for few days (usually), sometime weeks, but definitely not more than 90 days.

THis is correct.. when a new DC is issued the old DC will be active for a few weeks. but eventually the older DC will be made inactive...

Aur ha at the same time mera dono card mera active tha meine dono se payzapp wallet load kiya tha. Meine khud ye platinum card block Kiya hai.

1. after upgrading and till first use dono card active rahte hai. New card use karte hi pahle wala block ho jata ya 60 days whichever is earlier.
2. unblock karoge toh jo active hai wo block ho jayega jaise new use karoge.

don't be a fool. yaha experienced log bol rahe maan loo, idhar udhar ki baat karne se kya milega jab sach sabko pata hai

Okay i agree with you i didn't know earlier 60 days rule. I blocked my card within 60 days. Thank you for sharing such details.
