Seems like they are not refunding any of the fees they take for failed transaction. Earlier i thought it is limited to az wallet but not its applicable for card transaction as well. Lost around 400rs for a failed transaction so please be cautious on this app.

My 33500 towards rent payment has stuck. Amount debited from credit card, but transaction is not reflecting on Hitch app. Not getting any response from support team over email or WhatsApp. Shall I mark this transaction as dispute?

My last payment got stuck and it was big amount 24k. I contacted them on their WhatsApp number but no resolution yet. They just say that I will receive a call from dedicated support team @Abhishek012 any ideas

Wait 2-3 days, i think your transaction is not settled yet and stuck somewhere.

on the payment of Rs. 500, charges are 1.35%. But it may be the case with small amount, as soon as someone try bigger amount, they will increase the charges and also stuck the payment!!!
