Seems like they are not refunding any of the fees they take for failed transaction. Earlier i thought it is limited to az wallet but not its applicable for card transaction as well. Lost around 400rs for a failed transaction so please be cautious on this app.

I paid rent transaction on 1st aug. It is not settled until now. They are not even responding to pings on WhatsApp. Anyone facing similar issue?

Contact them on whatsapp, they will ask your card masked image and instantly credited within 10-15 mins.

They are not even responding on WhatsApp. When I called them they say their team is working on it

Phir message aaya apna PAN bhejo. Maine phir socha aur phir nahi bheja.

Phir message aaya ki tab nahi ho payega. Maine phir socha aur bola cancel kar do.

Phir message aaya cancel ho gaya. Lekin charges refund nahi aaye. To maine socha ki chalo jane do.

Phir message aaya aur call bhi aaya ki sir galti se double refund ho gaya. Ek wapas kar dijiye. Phir maine socha hi nahi... Sale Kutre mera paisa khayenge.

I have done 4rent transactions so far. Without any issue they settle my amount within 10mins. No issues faced till now. But in Play Store they are many bad reviews and some TF users told amount on hold. I thought amount hold cases are they are not sharing card image with last four digits. I don't know HITCH ZONE is trustable. Anyone any idea

Previous month I did payment worth 1 lakh towards my card using this app ... I don't know whether it is trusted or not. 30k done 70 k left 😅 that I do once 30k cashback reflects in my account
