Credit card bill payment goes into pending screen. It doesn't navigate to payment page.

Now when I fetch my cc bill (tried for hdfc and sbi both) and after entering custom amount if i press make payment then it directly goes to pending state instead of showing payment options. Is anyone facing this issue?

true, don't they report rent payment as income against pan card that we provided to them? Even when I reported the issue to them that bbps is not working for credit card bill payment, they said the same thing to me that use rent option.. but that's not correct I think
