I switched from iPhone to Android. In iPhone I was using Sign in with Apple using my me email.
In Android, they don't have that option. When I try sign in with Email, I don't get the email.
Now, I am in process of getting my email changed to Gmail. So, can't log into the app.
Old phone is no longer with me. So, I am locked out of the app. 🤷‍♂️

Such shitty app design and pathetic customer service.

I know, I know. I raised this exact complaint that this can happen to their team around 2-3 years ago.

Totally pathetic service. Why are they paying their backend engineers if they can't fix this? OneCard is good till its going right, once you encounter a problem SHTF

Wasn't using it last year much. This year using it for all the little offers OneCard is providing here and there.

Its good they've not kept any restrictions on the transactions.

As per my past experience with them Sometimes Txn do not get counted automatically in such offers.


Also, One Card is giving 100 Cashback on 5k AGV purchase from its Gifts Store.

I am thinking to Purchase AGC.of 5k.

100+300=400 Cashback on 5k AGC.

Also, Minimum 10% on offline Grocery store is running.

I think by doing txn under this Grocery offer we can get Benifts of both offers as nothing is mentioned in Tnc that offer can not be combined.

No they have written in terms and conditions below that the Cashback points will be credited after 9th December.

I would suggest you to do different transaction
One for grocery and one for the targeted 10% valueback offer just to be on the safe side.


If they don't provide you with cashback points then you can bamboo them 😂

There is one more offer added on few accounts wherein you can get flat 10% valueback upto 300rs on min spend of 1k. You can combine this offer with the earlier 20% valueback offer and get valueback of ~27% on offline grocery spend of 3k.
