I thought that recently introduced the option to add family member's account via iMObile app.

Yes, you can add family members but primary holder should have Family 360 code.
For Family 360 code, atleast 2 accounts needed. So from 3rd account you can add online.

I checked through it too but it said already family linked. Still family dc didn't get delivered. That's why had to go offline way.
