Wouldn't it be better to buy GV directly with CC? For ex. Tata Neu gives 5% cashback without any extra charge for buying GV

Sorry if anyone thinks my response is rude but isn't this just buying ratings/reviews for 100 or less rupees?

I also wonder how this would benefit hubble in the long run too? Users would use a different app offering better discount and some of the legit users would find these paid (indirectly) reviews shady.

Kind of. But if you download and use the app, you'll notice that it feels very polished and smooth unlike most apps. If it has regular discounts on gift cards then it might very well be my first choice for buying GC. So, the 5 stars aren't just because of the 20% discount code.
