Should I apply MRCC during this offer period or wait?

Hi, I currently have a Smart Earn card approved on Feb 24. I would like to have an MRCC as well to access the gold collection/ or accumulate for MB conversion. Should I apply for MRCC now since it is available at discounted annual fees or wait for the next round when Amex reduces the fees for referral applications? I am conflicted thinking Amex may not bring this offer back next year ? Is this a one time thing or it gets repeated ?

If accumulation of points is the goal, then the earlier you start the better,

So you can definitely go for MRCC where you get first year free along with bonus points, if you apply through referral.
