Not eligible for LTF Axis IOCL

Hello, my lovely community members.

One month ago, I got an Axis MyZone credit card as LTF.
Now since everyone is talking about the ongoing LTF offer fo Axis IOCL card as LTF, I thought of applying for it (because if LTF then why not? ) but to my surprise, despite holding a priority salary account with Axis + Having 750+ Cibil score,

1) Why the website gives me the response that I am not eligible for Axis IOCL?

2) Is Axis IOCL LTF for all or LTF for only those who did not have MyZone recently?

Was your MyZone card pre-approved or did you apply for it ?

AFAIK, if you apply, it makes a hard enquiry on CIBIL... so general cooldown period is 6 months after which your CIBIL score stabilizes again and you can apply for new ones (this is in general)

I had applied for it. (It was pre-approved but that's a long story why I applied for it)

its only 1 month so I am not sure if CIBIL would have updated the information regarding hard enquiry (if the bank made)
