Not able to login in Indie App

Hi, I got my IndusInd Bank credit card 4–5 days ago, but I’m still unable to log in to the Indie app. I created my MPIN, but the app only shows options like Apply New Products : Savings Account, Line of Credit, and Fixed Deposit. I can see my credit card in NetBanking, but not in the app. I don’t have or want a savings account, just need to access my credit card in Indie. Please help. 🙏

After you login to the App, you must be seeing your accounts just below the "welcome xxxx". Right ? Swipe to the left side to show the other relationships like deposit accounts, loans, investments, ..... Probably, your CC details would be there.

Or, just below the "Tune in with Indie products".... you see many tiles... look for Credit Card tile and use it. It opens the CCs you are holding including Add-on cards and closed cards.... and a lot of statistics... and unbilled and billed trxns..... Try in the CC Tile.
That's the problem. Once I swipe left; I see Open FD, Line of credit and apply credit card option.

On tune in indie product, I see a Debit card tile and not the credit card tile. Really weird bank. So much of issues. I logged in via CC details but shows saving account but not CC.

Click the debit card tab, it will open your credit card info.

And update your app as well, that will fix the error.

After update, it just shows 4 tabs at the bottom - home, card, services, help.

There no update on the app. Reinstall'd the app twice already. The Cards tab at the bottom just shows the debit card. That is it.

Reported issue on X and below is the response they gave. I opened all the account online and for such simple thing I am asked to visit branch.

Hi! Thank you for sharing the details. We kindly request you to visit the nearest IndusInd Bank branch to update your mobile number linked to your credit card under your Unique Customer Identification Code (UCIC) in order to resolve the highlighted issue.

Dont take this in a negative way.

Maybe there are many who had complaint for little things, but many had missed whats right in front of their eyes.

Visiting a branch might help the staff to help your issue on a personal level, which might be more quicker than sending multiple emails with screenshots.

And the banking app, doesnt allow to take screenshots, so they have to teach you to take screenshots 1st. That will surely take much time. And then people start blaming that their support is bad.

Yes, of course. I get that.

Its just that I am not super confident on the local branch employee to understand the actual issue and act as per what's needed. My experience with branch employee is that they are just there to manage day to day banking task. Most of the time when I had reported such issues to them, they often sound clueless and end up asking you to send an email to customer care.
