Not able to login in Indie App

Hi, I got my IndusInd Bank credit card 4–5 days ago, but I’m still unable to log in to the Indie app. I created my MPIN, but the app only shows options like Apply New Products : Savings Account, Line of Credit, and Fixed Deposit. I can see my credit card in NetBanking, but not in the app. I don’t have or want a savings account, just need to access my credit card in Indie. Please help. 🙏

Not yet resolved... I had a conversation with social media team..... Still the same issue 😕

It's a new issue. It was working in brief last week.
I can conclude for sure - "Dont use indusind as your primary bank."

For me its down today, may be indie server limits basis of region. 2 days ago it was working

I find out, the app not working with wifi.

So what happened was I registering for my CC on indie app. After entering details it thrown an error saying wrong CC data.

Then everytime the app opens, but CC details are not available anywhere.

Add another cc and proceed with verification etc to add the cc to your acc.

If any error occurs, get another mobile and take pics, and email bank support with error pic.

Not yet resolved... I had a conversation with social media team..... Still the same issue 😕

Register the complaint on CPGRAM and then they will resolve the issue in 4 working days.

Shared screen recordings and screenshots with them, got resolved in a week.
