No making charge on select jewellery at Bhima Jewellery online store

Bhima runs these kinds of offers from time to time. Right now, they’re offering gold at ₹500 less per gram than the market price, with some additional making charges. Earlier, they had a deal with ₹200 off per gram and zero making charges, a nice double dip!

Even better, they accept Amazon Pay Wallet too, making it a triple dip!

Me and @Adith shared this so that fellow members can benefit as well. But whenever we post a good offer as we know, a few members here seem more interested in arguing than helping. The intention is simple, to share something potentially useful. If it helps even one person, that’s good enough.

No one is being forced to buy. If the offer doesn’t work for you, that’s absolutely okay. Just let’s keep things constructive, so this forum stays helpful and welcoming for everyone.

You can keep "THINKING" your opinion is right, but im stating facts. Facts dont care about feelings or opinions.

ETF and other investments are best IF you dont plan to buy physical jewellry.

Schemes are best if you plan to buy large quantities of physical jewellry.

If you want to buy physical gold for investments , coins ( with discount + offers) > Schemes > offers like these.

This is a fact.

This is a great offer if people wanna get their hands on physical gold. I myself have actually made the purchase, shared a post on the same. I also highlighted the risk and best use case for this purchase.

ETF units can be converted to physical gold
Yes but you need to redeem large quantities for it to be converted to physical gold. If you are gonna go that route, you can just do a coin or scheme redemption in that instance with your CC rewards or offers easily giving you an edge.

Fights in nights be like :hehe:

I don't know how you arrived at the fact that we are still paying 3% making charges.

Yes gst is calculated on overall amount including cost of gold and making charges. But nowhere am I paying 3% making charge. I'm paying like 180rs extra as GST yes but nowhere am I paying 3% making charge.

Cost of gold is 30602 , so 3% gst on this would be 918. With making charge it's 36568 which is basically gst of 1097.

So I'm paying excess gst of 1097-918 = 180 rs . This is around 0.75% making charge I can say. How did you arrive at 3% making charge ?

You could argue that gst should be calculated on the gold value alone and id agree , but the statement that 3% making charge is being paid is balantantly incorrect.

You are also conveniently skipping the part where the gold rate they are charging is LESSER than the days rate, in the image I shared it was calculated at 8599 when that day rate was around 8900.

On the other hand, if you are trying to say that we are paying 3% of gst for both combined but only the making charge is discounted whereas the gst component derived from adding the making charge isnt given back , WHO CARES ? I saved almost 350 rs PER GRAM, and this is 3.5 grams atleast( I also bought one more jewellery so it's damn great savings). On top of this , I saved making charges of atleast 6% . What's 180 rs in excess gst gonna do here ?

Fyi : you keep mentioning 3% as making charge which is a bit confusing. Hence the additional explanation since I'm unsure which point you are trying to put across.
Certainly you are right.. thanks a lot for correcting me..

it seems now utilization of calculators has hampered my this ability of thinking as well..
Somehow I started thinking that it is 3% as making charges but instead it is 3% of the making charges..

Thanks a lot for correcting and giving a learning to think more deeply.. 🙂

It takes a big man to accept a mistake and you sir are definitely a great person . Kudos for the attitude.

Sorry I've been a bit busy couldn't reply on time. Thanks for tagging me.

Bhima has a special place in my heart as it used to be in the road end of my home.

They used to have nice collections now at offline stores their options are a bit less.

This is really a good offer and like Adith mentioned this is just for buying and saving without having to pay making charge. Yes they charge a ~<1% making charge by addition and subtraction of Making Charge and adding GST and most likely it will go to Bhimas I think as they only have to pay GST on the sale rate.

However the discount in gold gram rate makes it beneficial for the user.

To people who say ETF's and all I am a person who invests in Gold ETF's however there will be a time where we need to have physical gold also especially during marriages thats why we wait for offers where we can buy physical gold at discounted rates. These sort of offers help in those times, also getting CC rewards is just a bonus the main point is getting good discounts on gold purchase. If such offers come it will be helpful.

So this is a great offer especially if u like the designs and all.

Guys Offer available again.

No making charges, only GST.
Gold price lesser than market price. 8818 22 kt.
Amazon Apay wallet accepted.
Thanks. Really good offer. Is this offer will be available in the stores also . I have paid around 12 to 20 percent making charges to GRT Jewellers or Tanishq. How the bhima jewellers could offer zero making charges. Can someone tell their experience about the gold quality of bhima jewellers.

This is basically old stock or non moving designs being sold off . Think of it like clearance sale. They are cleaning inventory, getting some value atleast for stock , getting free publicity for their online sales and also getting traffic. That's it. That's also why it's only online exclusive.

Hey was thinking of gold price is already and and can pay suing Amazon pay, say 13% discount using infinia or epm (not discount but points) , it seems like if we buy from here and sell it next day on local jewellery shop, we will be in profit, assuming 1 point = 1₹. Am I missing something here?

Folks who have bought from bhimagold.com earlier: have any of you been able to check the quality of gold? Just want to get a little confidence, since I’ve never bought anything from Bhima

Got it checked at tanishq and kalyan. No issue so far, many times bought from their website.

Bhima stores are never offering similar offers as bhima online, though both are same.

Are their ornaments has BS Hallmark certified for 916 and is it marked in the ornaments

Yes BIS + HUID.
BIS 916/750 based on your ordered purity.

I have ordered from bhimagold not bhimajewellers. I don't know the difference.
Bhima gold and Bhima jewelers are under the same hood but operates separately.

Bhima gold operates in the areas where Bhima jewelers shouldn't operate.

Both can sell the products online but Bhima gold is better in online markets whereas Bhima Jewelers is better in offline market.

Both Bhima Jewelers & Bhima gold can operate in both online & offline but not in same city/state.

If you're looking for good design then need to buy from offline stores only.

Online Bhima Gold --> 0% making is only for clearing the stocks that unable to sell offline.

The 0% making run atleast once a week.
