No making charge on select jewellery at Bhima Jewellery online store

If you're looking for good design then need to buy from offline stores only.

Online Bhima Gold --> 0% making is only for clearing the stocks that unable to sell offline.

The 0% making run atleast once a week.
It might not be true, I ordered bangles from bhima gold, delivery was past 2 months, on request got other design of choice from warehouse going for hallmarking.

They're great at services buddy.
They're now delivering with very secure courier partner that deals only with gold delivery.

But ya for 0% making charges the most of the design are outdate --> depends on someone taste as well. Might be good for you but not for me.
I am sure majority will say bit outdated only.

One more way to look at it is that if they are offering old design/outdated jewelry without any making charges of lets say 3%, they want to encash the gold with a view that gold prices can fall by 3% or more from the rate at which they are selling.
While it sounds a weak argument, if I was a jeweler, I would not ignore this plan to encash the gold rally! 🙂

This is just wild speculation that sounds good to be true but has no relevance when it comes to reality. Cause if Bhima actually did this , why aren't other jewellers following the same ?

There is no need to overcomplicate or overthink these situations. It's basically getting off old stock from their inventory list by providing offers . Simple.

Also , this has been there for some time now and gold rate has only constantly skyrocketed. No jewellers would sell stuff at 0 making charge and reduced gold rate for a "hopeful" gold rate crash a year or two down the line. That's a poor business decision.

I always thought how Bhima team selling the things at 0% making charges from last 1 year (almost everyweek).

It's seriously awesome. I am buying from them from last 1+ year with amazonPay wallet combination.

With increase in spending of common man, savings not giving as much returns as earlier, gold constantly going up and with so many players in the market, especially brands like Thangamayil actually hitting global ranking for luxury gold sales , they need some way to sustain while also 1) selling off non-moving stock 2)bring in HYPE via social media and also the lazy gooses like us who buy everything online 😛. Honestly this is a perfect marketing strategy .

They get advertisement via folks like us, there is always moving traffic on their site, old stock is sold, folks who want to buy jewellery from their USUAL stores will just buy these no making charge items bringing in more footfall to the brand and they chip away slowly at other jewellers.

Its a (sort of) win - win situation. Hope it stays the same for a while.

After getting the eye opener from you, I ordered jewellery from Bhima.

Courier guy was saying lot of deliveries are from bhima.

Regarding savings..
My local jeweller charges 8-10% of making charges and doesn't accept CC payments.

So in that way I am already saving 8-10%.
I used EPM which gave another 3% value back in the form of RPs.
This purchase will help in EPM 4L milestone as well as this jewellery expense was anyhow about to come.

And if someone utilize trick to get cashback on CC bill payment via DC then altogether 1-2% more savings..

Bhima doesnt allow discount and gift voucher from giftr, ISHOP, etc. together otherwise savings would have been higher.. 😂😂😂

Guys, please don't spread it else they remove amazonPay wallet.

I know multiple sites that used to show amazonPay till 2 months back but almost all removed.

Bhima jewellers had a no making charge offer running which ended just 45 mins ago .

It had a selection of 4000 jewellery items and customer gets complete making charge ( including wastage) discounted as long as order value was 25000+.

Cherry on top was that they were ( still active) valuing 22k gold at 8599 when current price is 8945 ( malabar gold rate ).

Bought these two jewelleries for basically today's gold rate x weight cost.

4.14 gram

3.56 gram
View attachment 95154

Total amount spent = 36844 + 31772 = 68616 ( incl of gst ) .
Total weight = 7.70

Today's rate for 22k = 8945 at malabar.
Same weight for today = 68876
Gst of 3% = 68876 * 1.03 = 70942.
Savings for just gold rate with gst = 2326

Assuming average 12% making charge ( will be higher fr earrings ) = 68876 * 1.12 = 77141 * 1.03 = 79455.
Final savings = 10839.

Ordered with Times black card which I'm hoping gets me 2% base reward rate since I dint see any exceptions for jewellery. So additional 1300 RP as returns.

Hopefully product delivers without any hiccups and it's proper quality gold. Will definitely have the weight checked. Will update once I recieve it and have the weight checked.
my first time at bhima for 4700 per gram coin..

iam regular buyer from past 2 years. lots of change in website they did beacuse of me . first time i bought coins with 1000 rupees voucher . then they stopped. i started buying using 1000 rupees voucher every purchase , then they changed for one time per mobile number and emailid. then i have used multiple mobile number. they stopped voucher. then i got a link for varamahalakshmi festival link. i have generated hundreds of vouchers through the link. they stopped the link after 6 months. finally no voucher nowadays. many people started buying. regularly i visit this site. some time i used to see which product is selling most in the site through gold , diamond ,silver counts using filter. still their website is not developed properly. doesn't support history of searching , if u pick a product or go back to previous link filtering products are resuffled. no proper cookies developed by web designer. but i could find cheapest gold here. lakhs of rupees i, ordering from bhimagold.com every week.
