I applied on Sep 1st, and despite vKYC, calls from SBI and all that, still no updates. Looks like it's gonna get rejected.

I think, if you have selected physical kyc then it would've been approved by now.

Probably, They aren't approving application of existing customers who has done vkyc.

I am not an existing customer.. Still I got vkyc option.... But application stuck... Applied on 13th sept

New customers are getting card instantly via sprint right?
Why are they are asking for vkyc?

Btw, I think approval rate of physical kyc is higher than vkyc.

Not everyone... My cibil was above 750...no sbi card... Still... It gave me application number and was written sbi representative will contact u for further details....

I read your comment somewhere that you convinced your physical kyc agent to send vkyc link, right?

Physical KYC might have processed your application faster.

I heard SBI sends VKYC link to those locations where physical kyc is not possible.
So prefer physical kyc if sbi has assigned an agent for your application.

No according to agent.. Vkyc is only for them whose current residence and aadhar residence is word by word same in application..no relationship with existing user or not.... .. If u add anything else... Then physical kyc......

Yeah, no other option but to wait. Friend escalated it multiple times and his card got rejected quoting internal policy. So I am just going to leave it bhagwaan bharose!

Anybody please clarify in which TRAVEL MCC category falls, ie 5 / 1 / 0 % for online FLIGHTS tickets booking through MMT, Clear trip & direct Indigo / spice jet webs. ?

Or Amazon gv 5% works here?
