Every bank provides qr and it's free,we have phonepe, bob, ICICI qr.They generally forcefully try to install the qr,how is your bank not helping.Which city are you in?
And charges are only for payments from cc,you can request to turn that off too.

whom to connect with in case paytm business app is showing payments settled but payment not recd in bank account....problem is... the UTR shown in paytm business app against the settlement is different from the UTR shown in bank account statement.

I have started a startup.

Opened a current account in company name. I need UPI QR to accept payment from customers. At the time of account opening they said they'll provide QR code but they are not helping now.

I want to know:
1. What is the charges for accepting UPI payment as a merchant through 3rd party such as phonepay, gpay etc.?
2. Which company is better and hassle free?

Get a SBI Current bank account of MAB ₹ 5000 and register for SBI pay merchant QR which is UPI QR or you can register for SBI Payments YONO merchant Bharat QR that accepts all means VISA & MasterCards also included with out any installation charge only MDR you need to pay and you know the CDM network of SBI is the largest in India where you can deposit cash even by YONO cash deposit without paying a single rupee.
