Need Help with Payday Offer by Tata Neu

There was a payday offer by Tata Neu. I remember only the end date which is June 8th 2025. The offer was that the customers would get extra 150 neucoins for spending Rs. 2000 and above on eligible categories. I placed an order on 1mg for Rs. 2107. Later they refunded Rs. 108 and they are now not agreeing to credit the promotional neu coins. They are asking for a screenshot of the offer. It is nowhere to be seen in the app. Google search also didn't yield the expected results. I am posting it here with the hopes that one of you might have the screenshot. If anybody has, pls share it.
I have logged a complaint with Tata Neu Customer Care.
Pls help.

For all of these offers on Tata Neu, the TnC clearly states total spend, after refunds and cancellation needs to be equal or over the minimum value mentioned for that offer.
I have also noticed, especially on big basket, if your order is on borderline, they will cancel or show some items not available/missing in order to not meet the minimum spend. This has happened to me at least twice.
I now make it a point to ensure that the order value is much higher and account for some cancellation/refunds.

OK. But if they themselves lower the prices and refund, what can we do? They are wrong ethically either way. It is either the original price is blown up or that they fraudulently disagree to credit the promotional coins. Customers should complain and take them to task.
When we are not cancelling the order partially or if after accepting order, if they claim that few items are out of stock, onus lies on them to credit the promotional coins.
I just need the screenshot of the offer. Pls help if you can.

thats the trick they use..and i missed my coins 4times like this way..now i have done one thing..uninstalled the app..and never reinstalled

Happened with me too in the past. I complained to CC and got the extra coins.
