I ordered nothing phone 3a from Swiggy instamart 2 days back as my previous phone was damaged and I needed phone urgently for calls. It was delivered with sealed condition but on checking IMEI on the official site, it was shown as activated in July. I want to return but customer support is not responding, always closing chats without resolution saying that they escalated and wait for 6-8hr. I am running behind them since 2 days, tell me a way to return this phone. I am concerned about phone genuinity and security than anything else.
