I hold a Kotak dream different credit card 5000 limit (fd based) and recently got an limit increase offer on that card to 12000 with a charge of 100+gst.. no issue with the charge but I am not able to redeem my reward points on this card when I login through app or Go to kotakrewards.com ,it shows no product found for this CRN, But the billing statement shows my reward points about 1000.. on talking to customer care ,they said to write a email , i wrote but no satisfactory response from their end after hanging over it for 1-1.5 months ,however on calling they mentioned that forget about the website ,the customer care will redeem it from their end and it will be credited as statement ,What to do
Should i close the card ?? and apply for a new different variant kotak card
or should i take the limit enhancement and complain to RBI about the reward issue ??
