Aren't you saying smartbuy gyftr which means you purchased a Myntra voucher from gyftr? Gyftr multiplier is 3x only for DCBM so you have got it correctly in that case.

Did you buy the voucher early Sept 1 morning? Might be the clocks are put on some international timezone and it considered the date of transaction still as 31st August, but yeah just a guess

Got statement today. Still no extra 5x points of myntra trxn done on 1st june.

I had called the customer care to enquire about the Myntra 10X additional RPs.
He said I have already got the 15K accelerated points in June so I won’t be getting anything.
Lesson learnt!!

I am aware of that that the capping will be considered of the month of JUne.

I have a Q, what if I had for example 3k capping remaining (Let's say I used 12k points capping) and the points I am yet to receive for extra 5x is 4k.

But as I said, only 3k capping was remaining for that month.

Now will I get 3k points or my whole points yet to be received (4k) will be fortified?

I think It would directly appear in credit card statement.
By the way.. is there anyway to track Credit card reward points ? The new HDFC bank only shows the available RPs as per the last statement. Earlier app, it was showing the current RP balance.
