Aren't you saying smartbuy gyftr which means you purchased a Myntra voucher from gyftr? Gyftr multiplier is 3x only for DCBM so you have got it correctly in that case.

Did you buy the voucher early Sept 1 morning? Might be the clocks are put on some international timezone and it considered the date of transaction still as 31st August, but yeah just a guess
