My Accor ALL account was hacked – 140,000 points stolen

Last night, someone hacked into my Accor Live Limitless (ALL) account. They changed my email without my permission, and before I could act, they transferred 140,000 reward points to a partner listed as "Woolworths" on July 3rd.

I did not authorize any of this. These points were earned over time and now seem to be lost. I’ve already contacted Accor and Woolworths for help.

What’s concerning is how easily the email and point transfer happened without strong verification. I expected better security from a global brand like Accor, especially for high-value loyalty accounts.

If you have an Accor account, please keep an eye on your activity and act immediately if anything looks suspicious. And if anyone else has gone through something similar and managed to recover their points, I’d really appreciate hearing your experience.

Accor has very weak security, how can someone just change the email id without the consent?

This post is regarding All Accor Account getting Hacked and process to unblock the account.

There are many users reporting that their Accor accounts are getting hacked and points will be used later, Account will be blocked. Account will be hacked and you will not get any mail or intimation (most cases) that your points are being redeemed and users book hotels in (Russia, Dubai, China or elsewhere). Users can identify the hacking only when they login to accounts.

Hi everyone. I had Accor balance of 63k points, transferred them during the time of Axis Magnus devaluation. Since then I'm just adding couple of points before the end of the year to extend their validity. I opened my Accor app after couple of months, and checked all my points were being used in some random Hotels in Dubai and Turkey. I DIDN'T book these and neither did I receive any confirmation mail/OTP on my phone or email. My Accor is connected with my Google account and it shouldn't be easy for someone to login using the same. I've attached screenshots of my transaction history, as...

my all accor account has been hacked and someone redeemed 129393 points at 3:30 am on 7th may , I immediately informed all accor team and they have ask to fill a disputed form.
Hacker used the points to book iphone 15 pro in gemanay address that cannot be cancelled.
I am worrying whether I will get my points back.
Any help in this regard is appreciated.
