Mobikwik Zip PayLater unusable for over 2 months

I've been unable to use Zip PayLater (lendbox) since August. Is it same for rest of you? I have like 45k balance but I'm unable to use it. Customer support says "temporarily down" but nothing temporary about it being unusable for almost 2 months. As a freelancer I was reliant on it for bills as i didn't have to worry about using over 30% like with credit cards. I also been using it to pay rent too. But now 45k just sitting there unusable.

Cancel it. It will be shown in your credit bureau as loan.

MobiKwik is the worst pay later ever. My cibil was down by 35 points because of a false payment due. I paid my due before the due date. Went to cibil site and raised a dispute regarding this but they closed my dispute saying that the lender is right and I didn't pay my bill on time.
