Millenia card issued instead of Regalia

Hi,

I live in Bangalore and in January I applied for Reagalia LTF card but then I received the message from HDFC that it has been processed towards Millenia instead of What I opted so I closed the credit card without using it.

Again I applied after 1 month in different city's branch, again same thing happened.

Both times I applied through my ICICI credit card with 4,10,000 limit.

Is there any way I can get Reagalia LTF. I've heard they stopped offering upgrades to LTF card

There are way too many posts like this... please use search option...

their internal policy and checks do this... you must have applied via some sub-standard ( non premium card) like ICICI Platinum or Apay card which is why their "policies" gave you Millennia...

Its extremely common in HDFC...

I did try to search but couldn't find anything. Can you please link any threads?

Also, I ued a premium ICICI card. I used MMT Signature card with 4.1L limit
