Also , a friend of mine also said he has same issue as you. When I checked , it's because my razorpay says "trusted business" while his dint. Your screenshot also doesn't have the trusted business option. If you notice, even phonepe is also gone for you . In NetBanking, mine shows hdfc while yours shows bob. It's something to do with the razorpay trusted business tag.

I paid yesterday. With apay balance.

Like I mentioned in one of the comments, if your payment gateway has the line "Razorpay verified Business" , you will have apay balance via wallet option. If your payment gateway doesn't, you won't. Why that certification is missing ? That I got no idea about 😅

Oh wow . That was the only difference I saw for those having wallet option and those that dint . Looks like I was wrong with that assumption.
