i tried adding new bank account but still says only 5K is allowed and could not transact anymore after initial 5K.

Payment got failed and money debited from account...when will get refund of 5000...it is showing now as payment pending in the app...does it get credited to card or refund to the bank??

Kal se yeh problem start hua hai, usse pahele toh sab k ho rahe the ekbar me 12,500 k cc bill pay.

So I got 500 coins for 10k bill payment, immediately placed a redemption request!!

Is this some type of glitch..will they recover the extra coins given 2nd time?

Bhai aisa q aaraha hai,upi register kiye hue 24 hours ho chuke hai.phir bhi a error aaraha hai.

Obviously, it will say only 5K is allowed. New bank means new upi registration. Wait 24 hours in your case.

Update: Today's transactions went through smoothly. It seems there is a 72-hour cooldown period with ABCD app.

I just did ₹5K one to test it out, if I get 250 coins too then it must be a glitch.

Just pay ₹5000 twice, I received 250 coins yesterday for ₹5K transaction then I did another ₹5K transaction and got 250 coins again.

That means: ₹10000 credit card bill paid with 5% cashback.

I paid 5k thrice only received 450 coins(250+100+100)
Looks like due to a bug or personalized offer you got 500coins for 10k payments
