LivQuik QW wallet UPI Payments are failing

1) Transactions are getting failed for small amount as well like 10rs.
2) If you use virtual card then transactions are getting succeed.

Contact customer care but from last 4 days there is no resolution provided by them.

Note: Customer care suggested to clean app cache and data and uninstall app and the reinstall and login and activate UPI again. Tried this multiple times but not working.

The error clearly states "Net Debit Cap Is Exceeded," which means there may be a limit on how much you can spend using that wallet on a per month basis. They mentioned a ₹10,000 per month debit limit in their terms & conditions.
