Minimum 1 transaction in quarter is ENOUGH. As it is rupay, we can do at least one transaction for a quarter. Assume we can consider it as LTF.

Gild credit card is offered LTF using Magnet mobile application.

Good for first time users. 1% cashback is same as slice or One card.
It's FD based card. Secured one. Minimum 5000 FD and 90% credit limit.

If we are talking FD based then there is also 811 CC, or Niyo SBM CC...

811 is offered free with 811 savings account which is also free.
So it's a combo of Free (savings account + credit card)
P.S. - both 811 and League credit cards are offered free with 811 account.
They started offering free virtual rupay card with basic features as well.
