Late Payment Reported

Hello,

My mother has an old SBI Elite lying around in which the annual membership fee and some other charges were deducted and weren't checked since the account was with an old ID. While we did make the payment when we discovered this the lower payments have pulled her score down to 700 ish. Is there a way to get the bureau report fixed?

I paid the entire bill on 6th and if I pay more today it will be over and above the total due!

yes.. cred usually settles same day.. in most cases.. bill pay systems take a day or two more

My ICICI Credit card due date is today and I have paid my bill via HDFC DC Bill pay on 6th March. It is yet to credited to my icici cc account. They mentioned today is a non-banking day so it will be credited to my cc on 11th March and there won’t be any late payment charges/penalty. Is that true? Any other suggestions to save my cibil from late payment entry?

Shouldn't be a problem. Happened with me also. The bill payment failed for few days. Once payment was successful, there was bunch of banking holidays consecutively.

Mailed cc, with screenshot of payment History which showed I tried multiple times before that. It got updated in system just 1 day after due date.

Cc sent a confirmation reply that payment was done before due date. So there will be no late payment charge or report to cibil.

May be you should try that. Better to get written confirmation. To be on safer side, you can pay min due on mobikwik or cred.
