Serviable area is must .

Who applied after me in jealously that i got kotak 😂

Mail them or write a complaint in their website about this issue .. they will refresh this application then u can apply in future ..
You will get a call u can explain about it .
That whenever u try to apply 2nd card same application number pops in last

Try once through an another browser, though I don't think it will work, reason is Lotak itself.
