But which card will it be upgraded or migrated to - Kotak League or Zen Signature?
Even the customer care team has no idea!
I received mail from kotak twice...once mentioning that will be upgraded to Kotak Zen on 10th July..... again it will be upgraded on 20th July.... And surprisingly today on 23rd July received the NEW MYNTRA CREDIT CARD... when I blocked the card on 19th July. Ridiculous Banking.
Manual upgrade request?
You need to call Kotak customer care before zen card generate and told them to issue Zen RuPay variant.
Many people already called before zen card generate and customer care agree to issue zen RuPay variant and already received RuPay variant Zen card.
Mera to abtak upgrade nahi hua. Sayad Already Zen VISA hai usi wajah se.
