I previously had their pvr inox which I closed in December or January, I don't remember exactly.

Now applying for league card for kotak related offers, but after taking all information, it got stuck in location enable page. Location was enabled anyway. From past 2 days after I try to resume application, after entering otp, page is stuck at " please wait ".

How to proceed ahead? Should I call email customer care but I don't think they will accept anything wrong with their website.

Guys i was given Zen rupay select cc as the replacement of Myntra. Now I would like to ask will i get any complementary airport lounge on Zen rupay unlike Zen signature? If yes how many lounges? The google is silant on zen rupay!

All benefits are same on both network (Kotak Zen).

Though initially opted out from this upgrade as I already had Zen Signature, but there was outstanding of current bill it was not closed and forcefully upgraded to Zen. Kotak customer care agant called me and asked my choice of taking visa or rupay Zen, i opted rupay as i had visa already. Actually annual fee for Zen visa is 1500, while fee of this Zen rupay will remain 500 (equal to Myntra), thats why i took it. I will close Zen visa though before its renewal date!!!!

I was initially offered the Kotak League card, but when I spoke to them, they confirmed that the annual fee is ₹500 for both Zen and League. So, I opted for the Zen card. They escalated it for internal approval, and I received the Zen card within a day. The annual fee for Zen Visa remains ₹500, same as the Myntra card.

no they changed date to 31st July !

My card was already closed on the 12th, and it's no longer showing in the app. Although the statement was generated on its actual date of 17th.

they told my card will automatically converted to league rupay by 31st !!
