Even i mailed kotak to give me a ltf zen during migration but they rejected it and told me you will get paid one as planned

sneaky little buggers...kotak...previously if you wanted to opt out of card upgrade then you had to click a link....now you have to call and tell them i dont want the card....purposely did this to make life hard for consumers...
